They could be making fake accounts to buy their own stuff for all we know (and it may only cost them a penny or so in fees). I sell toys mostly and every year it's getting harder to beat these sellers that seem to sprout out of nowhere and sell items that are diretly being manufactured from prototypes or just plain knockoffs. I know the stuff is prevalent because I end up getting it mixed in with my good figures and I've had to become quite an expert at spotting the stuff. I just want to know how it's possible for some of them to have such high feedback % with these cheap items and why the feedback is so suspicious looking. These accounts seem to have more of these "fake" feedbacks depending how high their percentage is, accounts with lower percentage have less of these potentially fake feedbacks left (it also seems like once the account is established. The example above is a more etreme example where almost all feedback was done this way, most others have these "fake" feedbacks more mixed with legit ones.
